Return Policy

We strive to make your shopping experience an absolute pleasure and take great care to make sure each item is to your satisfaction. In some cases the item won't be right for you, but we're here to help.

All items are thoroughly checked at every point for faults before they leave our shop to ensure the highest quality, however, if you believe that your item has a manufacturing fault, please email us at jasfashion1@hotmail.com with photo/s and we will be happy to replace your item as appropriate should we confirm it is a manufacturing fault.

If the item you receive is not the correct listed size or colour, please email us at jasfashion1@hotmail.com and we will be happy to replace your item as appropriate once we confirm it is the wrong size/colour. We do not offer a refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing/colour purchases so please check the available images for the colour as well as the size guide on the bottom of the page for the accurate dimensions of each item.

All returns will be accepted if items meet these basic conditions -

1. Items must be received in original condition – unwashed, unworn and in new condition

2. Items must be free of make up, deodorant, perfume and stains

3. Items need to be returned within 7 days from the day of receiving the item as per the tracking number status to receive an exchange.

Please take care when trying items on. Returned items that don't meet the above criteria won't be exchanged. If you request the item to subsequently be sent back it will be subject to additional shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item. We'll send you an email confirmation once your exchange has been issued. Once the item has been approved for exchange, your extra shipping costs will be refunded with the exchanged item.
